List your Need for Speed Underground 2 Problems here.

I have a major problem. Im at 50 % races and i've run out of races on the map and im stuck.

Sound familiar ? Go and uprade your visual rating and you will see the last magazine or dvd cover on your map. After, goto the last U.R.L race to finish off the level. This happens in most cases.

I've added some info for outruns and A map below of all the shops. Choose wisely... If you have not got an unique in a certain level you cannot get it again so make sure you get all uniques before moving up a level. You cannot choose a differen't unique once you've selected one already.

Unique upgrades:

Hoods - 4 outrun wins in level 2.

Engine, transmission or tires - 3 wins in outrun level 3.

Rims - 6 outrun wins level 3.

Spoliers - 4 wins in outrun level 4.

Vinyls - 6 wins in ourtun level 4.

Ecu, turbo or brakes - 9 wins level 4.

Nos, weigh tor suspension - 6 wins in outrun level 5.

WIDE BODY KITS - 11 wins in outrun level 5.

EDIT: Ok.. I've obtained a save game file for Planet.de thats 9 mb if you're having trouble with the game.

The file includes a 55% game, which will give you access to all areas of the map, all car shops, all car parts and a 10 star rating car with 60,000+ dollars spending money. Post here and ill PM you the link.

Also i've got a copy of the soundtrack featured in the game. Leave your email in this thread and ill send it to you via email.

Some might know this but you can go through a locked area when your in lead of an outrun. Trouble is getting back out .. Only way is to goto main menu and the game wont save you there... or do an uncompleted race by using the Jump to Garage. Theres many ways but these are the best i think. You can't goto body shops through the locked area either so don't get your hopes up.

I think you may be having an issue with the "star" rating of your vehicle.

You must achieve a certain rating to get the DVD/Magazine pics to move on.

I've personally added temporary stickers, etc to reach the star rating, then pulled them off when body, audio, hydro, and neon mods came available.

I figured it out a while ago but yeah thanks again for replying.

I got 10 stars now.. but the thing is its actually quite easy.. theres enough stuff to go upto 15 stars ;)

Go on ur game completion screen... (it was the down arrow button on my ps2 pad for PC)

Check if you've done all the races.. it should say "100%" or above.

Then upgrade your car, and make it like a level more on visuals. (get some hoods, roofs, etc.)

I havent played that game in like a month... so I cant remember much. But tell me if that works for you.

Edit: I didnt read replies from other people.. well, looks like someone helped you out already.

Hey, if anybody knows how to keep your uniques until you find the car you want to put them on, please let me know.

I'm playing on PC if that makes a difference.

Unfortunetly they dont have it in Underground 2.

The best way to keep enough money for the things you want if to not get many cars and half complete them and when you firts get a car upgrade performance parts before body.

Make a good choice when you pick a car.

It would be good if you returned your parts to stock you would get some money.. that way you return everything to stock.. get some money and trade that car in..

Oh well.. you make tonnes of money through the game anyway. :pinch:

I'm 110% complete Stage 3! I STILL CAN'T GET COAL HARBOUR!!! Does it have to do with winning sponsored races or what? plz help

Ok yes it might have to do something with sponsord races.. have you finished all your races on the map ? If you have then its your visual rating.. get it as HIGH as possible. You need to get all dvd and all magazine covers to move on to the next stage. Sometimes you have to get a high visual rating to unlock the last dvd cover to goto the last u.r.l race.

I need more info to help you.

itz fine now. i figured out why. It had to do with my visual rating. u no wutz funni...my visual rating was 2.99! i needed 3! then i got the url which unlocked sum cars and coal harbour east. thnx newy! ne1 got sum pointers for winning street x races? i never win them-_-

I finished the last race, damn easy, and i'm frustrated beacuse i'm only at 66% or something, what can i do to finish the remaining 34%??

If you go to the garage and then bring up the world map it will list all of the races and tell you whether you have completed them or not. Just go through the list and complete them all and you should get 100%.

To my big suspicion, on Pigeon Park (near Jackson Heights) there is a small half oval shaped road shown on the map. I can't get access to it...suppose it is a secret. Anyone have a clue about this?

Is it possible to get the uniques of level 2 and 3 if you are already at level 4? I tried to but i can't find out if it can be done afterwards

I just started, after you beat the first Drag race, u continue on right? well, later, Rachel SMSed and said to go back to the garage. When I go there, nothing happens. Is this a glitch?

Ok to kk_wasabi.

At the beggining of the game Street X is very hard. Try not to use handbrake because it can cause you to spin around and lose a lot of speed. Acceleration is really important in drags and street x which i had trouble in so chose a car with good Accel.

Im not sure but all things on the map are accessable. I think its the glass window. I didn't know this but at Pigeon park theres a glass windows which you can smash and go through which has this little shortcut.. i think its that. The window looks like its a wall but it isn't to try tht.

I know that glass window. If you see the map carefully you will see the one I was talking about. That is after passing through glass window on the route bound for Beacon City area...on the map...that is near the red dot.

Nope, I returned rachel's car loooong time ago. I have my own car, and im pretty much into the game. Suddenly,she says " Return MY Car" is this a glitch? im on my way finishing sponserships

Hmm it might be a glitch.. if you well into the game and rachel says return my car... she is a) ****** up.. b) bug or glitch.

As for altezza .. ill check it out.. meaning you cant get access to it do you mean that its on the map but there is no possible way to go to it... ill check it out anyway. Try looking for little cutback pathways or sumthing.. there might be another road leading to it from far away.

yup you got to win all the sponser races to get your rewards :yes:
