ClearInfo 0.48 for beta testing

Question

As some of you may remember before I was making a monitoring program called ClearInfo. I sort of gave up on it until recently, it now has auto update, cpu usage is now percentage, detects your cpu (almost any that exist), html output, skins, new settings dialog, etc. Anyways, if somebody feels like beta testing it, please leave a comment about what you think or what else I should add. Also, if you find a bug, leave information about your OS and setup. Hope everybody enjoys it :D

EDIT: I forgot it add its only for Win2k/XP, but it might work on 98.

Hmm....sounds good but on the side? IMO it'll look better underneath, kinda like this...

______________

(CL)<---------------

______________

--------------->(WB)

The box represents the area within clearinfo itself. You could place start, pause, stop etc icons at the far right bottom of it since you've got the clearinfo logo at the top left side (gives it a nice tilt me thinks).:knocked:

ok, I will add the other two buttons, also the ability for the buttons run winamp if it is not running. I cannot yet solve the ClearType problem since I dont have XP, I had it when it was beta on my laptop and cleartype made every program that is transparent blurry, still working on the problem though.

I am aware it is called Alpha, but I do not want to scare people into thinking it is like a developers build or somthing :D . I am working on trying to disable ClearType through Win32 API, however I cannot seem to find anything on msdn except disabling ClearType system wide. Choosing the font for the user is not an option since I want them to be able to choose any font to use with ClearInfo.

Ability to scroll currently playing song

got a lot of problems with it...

it appears on the right side of my screen down and when i drag it, it returns to the same place

also when i click it with the right button a dialog box appears but it disapears after a few seconds by itself

a lot of x's are displayed

...

a cool option would be for it always to stay on top no mather what you're doing

sorry if my english isn't to explicit!

    • Yes for me, I installed 'old calculator' (Windows 7 calculator) in its place since it is more useful to me. I think paint is the only one I left installed
