right clicking jpeg files save as bmp format ?

iv had this problem for quite a while now an decided to post it on here for you guys to take a look, when right clicking any .jpeg formatted picture, as default it saves as a .bmp and under the format options, there is no other format than .bmp.. :unsure: its quite annoying because i want to save my pictures as jpeg, not just because of the size difference but by prefferal..any of you guys kno about this issue and how i can fix it ?

i've included a screenshot of me tryin to save in jpeg when the actual file is formatted as jpeg.... btw thats the infamous picture of chunk from the ace film " the goonies "

Clear your temporary internet files, it is an IE bug (Y)

thankyou soo much dude, i think this is it - hell i have thousands of files in the temp internet folder.. i thought i cleared them the other day but some date as far back as 2 months ago :blink: ..il keep u updated once i get this prob fixed..

I was having the same problem when saving images also.. still does it after I cleaned my cache :blink:

Ah well, laptop is getting formatted tomorrow anyway :pinch:

If not, I recommend getting CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com and just clean everything.
