[WIP] GreenStorm msgina.dll

I wanted to have a msgina.dll that goes with my desktop. I use Krezno's Storm VS (which is by far the best VS ever ever ever in the whole world :) ...

So I started working on a logoff/shutdown mod ...

I think it'll go wonderfull with my desktop ..

Mmm .. indeed it does ...

I've been using google to search for a PNG of that Windows flag (with a transparant background), but so far, no luck :(

There is a light line where the grey meets the grass at the top, but not one at the bottom, i reckon itd look better if there was one there :yes:

I used the default logoff screen (from XP) as base, and in that dialog there is no second line where the green and dark touch at the bottem (hope this makes sense ;) )
