Phone problems

Here is what i am trying to do;

Send data ( images ) from my sony ericsson t610 via infrared to my new nokia 3205.

Its connecting to my nokia but it fails when trying to send the data.

Any help?

Also, sending files from the nokia to my sony ericsson ( How do i do that )

i have infrared etc enabled but it says on the sony ericsson t610 when attempting to send files via infrared " Transfer Failed Please Retry. "

why infrared.. does the nokia not have bluetooth?

and also you can not send/share pictures and ringtones that were downloaded (in other words purcahsed) if that's what you're trying to do.

have you tried getting a data cable? or if you have a bluetooth device, save it on your computer and then transfer it?

that's all i know about the t610, my sister has one and its a piece of crap, my opinion of coarse.

Well your in america so every thing is crap to you, nothing is good ( Just my opinion )

eerrr, i was able to transfer purchased images and ringtones between a mates nokia 3205 and my sony ericsson t610.

I can't contact my friend any more, so i am asking for help here.

It is possible to transfer purchased images via infrared from the sony ericsson t160 to the nokia 3205. I know its possible but the error " Transfer Failed Please Retry " ... The sony ericsson t610 is connecting via infrared to my nokia, but its not transfering...

Any ideas?

maybe the wrong file type?
