Software downloads for spv C500

Hi.

Elsewhere in these forums, I've voiced my opinions on the lack of downloads for the spv C500 that dont require you to link to a pc first.

Not one to be a moaning minnie, I've decided to redress this a little!

I found a lovely little site tonight that gives you info, downloads, advice and just about everything you'll need to get you going with the spv C500, and loads of the stuff downloads straight to your phone, even the things that aren't signed!

Anyone else finding one of these types of sites, please leave the url on this post, so that all the spv C500 owners have a bit of variation on official microsoft sites.

Here's one that blows the 'have to use active sync' theory out of the water!

http://smartphonethemes.com lets you download complete homescreens and background colours in one keypress!

I found its an idea to get 2 or 3 with different backgrounds and then mix and match for the best picture/background combo.

I've got a lovely space picture with a gorgeous gold background at the moment and am using the Windows Simple setting.

When you download these themes, they're automatically installed onto your homescreen, so you just mix and match using the Settings- Homescreen- Background/Colour scheme menu on the phone itself.
