Best Free Forum To Use

Does anyone know what is the best free forum site to use to make your own forum? I tried bravenet, but that is full of adverts and pop ups and it wont allow u to add pictures unless u know how to use html codes...i just want a simple free forum...any ideas?

I assume that you want one that is hosted for you correct? You don't have hosting already?

Basically he wants a site that hosts forums for free, and phpbb.com do not do that.
