Exchange 2003 POP Email Problem

Hey ive been messing about with my trail version of Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003.

Ive manage to get the webmail in exchange to send and recive email fine i just carnt seam to get it to work with pop email tho, i did run some wizzard to configure it.

So im asking how do i get pop email access to work?

did you open port 110 on your firewall?

Yes i have port 80, 110, 25 and 143 opend on that pc..

Edit: i was looking at the settings and i realised the pop server was not enabled so i tryed enableing it but for some reason it wornt start (see atatchment)

Im really lost and cluless now, any ideas?
