shrike
I'm having problems with gDesklets. I've installed version 0.30, and have also installed the lt-Gmail and Weather Display desklets. When I try and run the things, it gives 2 messages: lt-Gmail: Image 1 Image 2 and Weather Display: Image 3 Image 4 I know that the desklets are installed correctly, because it said that I could drag the download link into the gdesklets shell window, and that's what I did. Are there some hidden dependancies that I'm missing? Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/259312-gdesklets/ Share on other sites

kevcart3
Instead of dragging them into the gDesklets shell, try actually installing them manually by typing ./Name_of_sensor just to make sure they are installed, because sometimes the gDesklets shell can screw up like that. Cyco
Some desklets depend on other, for example the weather desklet uses the border system from the psi pack, so try downloading this : http://gdesklets.gnomedesktop.org/categori...pp&gd_app_id=38 And so forth...
