nope, and what for?

Memory Managment of 2000 or XP. is far superior to that of 9x/ME. so you shouldn't need a RAM Drive/Disk.

i don't even think you can make one in 2000 or XP or even NT4 for that matter.

I had used this one under XP Pro and it worked fine until I upgraded my hard drive from a 6.4 gig (UDMA 33) to a 40 gig (66) and now if I try to use it my system keeps rebooting. I liked having a RAMDisk because it made the system run faster and it also made cleanup of the temp and internet temp folders much easier.

You need to clean Install the RAMDisk Pro.

uninstall it first completely, then reinstall.
