W2k3 Automatically logs off

I am running W2k3 as an administrator. Sometimes, esp. while running Opera there is a beep and my windows session ends automatically. It logs off, closing all the running programs. Any way out :rolleyes:

Machine specs: 1.9ghz AMD

256 mb RAm

Zero Spyware, Tested. Its a beep, a sustained one, lasts for about 3-5 seconds. What other details should be furnished?
