Using VLC 0.7.4 Skins

I just downgraded back to 0.7.4 because the latest one didn't work so well on my computer. I tripped accross the titanium skin for 0.7.4, and I put it where the skins are supposed to go but I can't really select it when I go into VLC. Could someone please help me out with this?
