Digital Camera Advice

I am not very photographically minded. I just need some advice on a fair priced digital camera, about 4-5 million pixels.

I currently have a fuji 2600 zoom, I like it but it's too small.

Thats the problem, I have very big hands, find trying to use it or put on a tripod near impossible if the wind blows. Hand held my fingers become thumbs.

I need advice on a very large fair priced digital camera, about 6 inches high and about 7-8 inches across, my current one is 3.75 length and height 2.3 inches.

Thanks in advance, btw budget around ?150-?200.
