got another little problem... ive downloaded some icons for my drives, but they are in png format and have transparency... when i do the apple+i thing where you copy paste.. the transparency turns to white.. how do i get them to work properly

You can't use png files as icons. Go download Pic2icon from version tracker and drop the png files into it...

any of you guys know a simple theme ala milk... but has orange highlights such as the apple logo (top left) instead of black???
