you could do that, but the only problem is it will be in the way whatever app you try to open over it...

I'm using a program called amnesty to do it, and I set it to desktop level so it doesnt get in the way of anything, just like konfabulator...

Odd.. Shapeshifter isn't working properly on Tiger for me, when I apply the theme the sound icon, time, and spotlight icon all have the default Tiger theme background. :pinch:

Mine is doing it for Knofab, Volume, Battery, and Time. Oddly, Airport works.

Can everyone with menu extra problems reply if they have done a clean install of Tiger or an upgrade? Have you trashed your shapeshifter and reinstalled it yet? Everyone running Ape 1.5? I can't seem to get it to mess up for me and we're tracking bugs for Smeger....

Reformat and install of Tiger, latest download from Unsanity, using whatevr APE comes with it. No I haven't tried a re-install, as having to log-out before and after is too mucg just to use a skin, when the new aqua is fine for me.
