Can everyone with menu extra problems reply if they have done a clean install of Tiger or an upgrade? Have you trashed your shapeshifter and reinstalled it yet? Everyone running Ape 1.5? I can't seem to get it to mess up for me and we're tracking bugs for Smeger....

I bought a new G5 with Tiger already installed... The latest version of APE and Shapeshifter. And I'm having the same problem.

I just upgraded and mine works fine. I do have a problem where sometimes I apply a theme and it doesn't skin the background of apps such as synergy which I have in my menubar. But that's remedied by quitting the program (so it leaves the menubar) and then restarting it again :)

Those are the only two I know of that have been updated to work properly with the new Webkit found in Tiger and 10.3.9.

The message views are just HTML and some CSS, so you can add that top bar to most styles pretty easily through copy and paste. I used a .png with 50% transparency once, so I could see message history through the bar, worked pretty well.

Using 0.81? Its under 'Header Spotlight', not 'Spotlight Header'. The only other thing I can think of is trashing your 'Adium 2.0' folder under 'Application Support' in your user directory Library, and then starting over.

Fixes most Adium problems, at the expense of settings. If you upgraded from 0.77 there's a good chance that may be the cause.

Kevin is in the process of updating it...there's a bug in the process that affect some users but not all and it prevents those from showing the themed elements.

I had the problem of the menu bar icons not being skinned. Be sure you logout after you apply a theme. Another option, which i haven't tried yet, is to select "Restart Menu Extras after applying". I don't know if that will help, but it's worth a shot.

Another bug I've found with shapeshifter...when running the default aqua, you can send the cursor to the far top left and top right corners of the screen and it will select the apple menu and shapeshifter. This is new with Tiger. But when using themes, I have to click on the spotlight cursor, yet the top left corner works fine with the apple menu
