Yep, I figured out why - the US settings allow the AM/PM to be shown. The UK settings do not allow it even if you make a custom clock under the "International" control panel.

But to avoid all that, I just downloaded MenuCalendarClock for OS X - http://www.objectpark.net/mcc.html

Customized it to the way I want, and everything is sweet now.

The UK makes up maybe 2% of the Mac market, so why should Apple care about that?

OK, that was meant as a joke, based on the reasoning that many people give for Apple having fewer viruses/games/whatever. :laugh:

Oh, and a question for anyone who might be able to help.

Recently, I installed all my old fonts from my PC onto my Mac, and ever since iTunes has looked like this:

Hebrew. I disabled all my hebrew fonts, but the problem persists. Anyone know how to fix the problem?
