The IM client is Adium.

The wallpaper comes from Psychopulse. (dA)

Yes to what the above said. IM is Adium with the Digg skin. Wallpaper is from Psychopulse as stated above.

I would be your best friend for 2 days if you would be so kind and zip up your Adium HUD contact list there. I missed with mine last night and couldn't get it to look nice at all. PRETTY PLEASE
