Its not Venom is it? The screenshot has white indicators while Venom doesn't, if I am not mistaken.

I was guessing. It might be "new dock" as well. Look on Macthemes.net, maybe you'll find it there.

The Adium theme looks like Hud by Hidrogen (dA, MacThemes, ...). The icon set used in Adium is GAIA which can also be found over at MacThemes. If you mean the desktop icons they look like Agua by Mr. Lanham over at dlanham.com. You can change your icons with Candybar.
