Very nice! A few things, though...

1. How did you alter the font on the desktop and menu bar? I didn't know any apps that did this worked on Leopard. Has Silk been updated?
   
2. Also, do you mind sharing the Dashboard icon and the folder icons?

Silk was updated today along with APE see here unsanity

How does this work? I've downloaded the SDK, installed it and rebooted. After the reboot nothing has changed and I have no idea what to do now.

In preferences go silk and make sure it is enabled then go to the last tab enable custom theme font and choose from the icons and double click to set then log out and back in and it should work..

What Dock style are you running? I really like the black glass.

It's just a piano black version of the default. I use a simple program called docktweak that includes it.

I really wish I could get used to the dock on the side.... I've tried so many times, but it's just different enough to make me go back to the bottom.

It's especially nice on the MacBook since the resolution is only 1280?800, it gives you more vertical screen real estate.

Yeah, I can see that since it's a small resolution. But it certainly makes sense on all widescreen displays since there's a lot more horizontal space than vertical. I have to force myself to use it...
