For the people with that curved dock where are you getting it (the number of people with it seem to be multiplying :p), and what application are you using to change the icons and what iconset are you using? I particuarly like the disk icons for time machine, and USB (with the distinguisable colours).

Most of us are using CandyBar3 from Panic. Or if you feel comfortable you can change the resources of the dock.app yourself.

Icon sets are hit and miss in the MacOSX area, most of the time it is just a collection of individual icons. Check out the agua set over at icon factory - that is as about as complete as you will find. (It also has the HD and Time Machine Icons you mentioned.)
