It is a development build of Anxiety yes, I help Tom test the app. I can't recall what's in the downloadable version as I haven't used it forever but there's quite a few great features in it now, e.g., full task editing, global hotkey, priority support, etc... I think he's been a bit busy with some client work which is why the official update has taken so long.
