Motorola C650 and connecting to pc via USB?

I Have the motorla C650 moble phone and version 3.11 of mobile phonetools but it doesn't seem to work. I says intializing then it shows a generic phone and I am unable to transfer anything to it, what am I doing wrong?

hey i have that phone too, update MPT, thou it worked for me even in version 3.07, anyways do you get a phone inthe modems list on control panel?

no it says intializing forever doesn't stop, btw were is live update?

open up the main application. its sumwhere on the menu button...
