Winamp skin is called UnUsUaL, I reskinned the PL to flat grey, though you can't see it in the SS: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/11829323/

I'm using Miranda with the clist_nicer plugin, and I'll attach my own *.clist config here.

I'm using a combination of Quasar icons for Miranda, and my own set (which I haven't publically released yet). I'll attach the ones that I made (which is everything except the systray icon).

The taskbar has fake transparency. I used the image included in the Hilled VS and modified it, then made my own start button and taskbar images (which have more or less real trasparency). Then I had to edit the shadows and a few text colors in the VS. I'll be nice and attach the modded resources too, except for the taskbar image, which you can get from the Hilled VS (Completed VS forum here on Neowin).

Wizzer, I don't know what you mean by IP, can you elaborate? If you meant IconPackager, I don't use that, I mod my own system files. :)
