Hi,

I received this a few days ago, I am still getting used to it however one thing is beginning to put me off - it keeps freezing every now and then, and to unfreeze it I need to reset it using a pin, so now I have to carry around a pin with me!

Any other Zen tough users having problems?

The firmware that came with the player is the latest

Maybe return! or flash the firmware again....sometime it helps.
