hi i know i anoy you guys a lot but just 1 more question what is a good upload manager thats free cause i would like to start hosting Icons and small files for people so all they have todo is upload it when ever they want.

You can look for some in the PHP section of hotscripts.com, but you really should read the PHP manual and learn it. :p
