Photoshop Tutorial Sites

I have noticed quite a lot of 'what are you favorite sites for photoshop tutorials' threads around Neowin, most popping up on a monthly basis. Here is a way to post them instead of starting a new thread each time.

Rules:

Please post your tutorial sites with a quick description of the specific tutorials you will find on the site, as well as the version of Photoshop used in most of the tutorials.

Maybe someone knows a video-based tutorials, such as tutorials at Microsoft (VB .NET tours, etc.) - it's can be very helpfull fore me, as newbie at Photoshop (7) :blush: :p ;)
