2006 Dodge Charger

Recommended Posts

Dodge aims to again recreate some of the company's early muscle-car magic conjured by the Charger name. The Charger is expected to enter showrooms in the spring of 2005. True to its power image, it will carry with it the much-vaunted, 340-hp Hemi engine under the hood as an option. Its base engine is expected to be a 3.5-liter V6 making 250 horsepower. Stay tuned for the complete AutoWeek Charger story coming soon.

the only thing mustangy about it is the lower portion of the front bumper and the line it makes. everything else kinda looks like a bigger version of the stratus. Look at the line rigt above the real wheel, thats the only thing about it that makes it look like a charger.

sorry but i own a 72 charger back in Cali and that is ugly.

where the hell is the chrome on todays cars? Man the newer they get the uglier they are, and im not even gonna go there with all these tricked out pokemon cars running the streets.

There is no way they can make it the way it use it, or even come close, the bhp, the look and just the style of the old school car was just awesome. I still fancy one of those, but this new one looks more luxury then for what they want it to be. The older model was just a dirty mean looking car, this has nothing compared to it. They shouldve done what the others did with the mustang, and made a similar body but with more curves. I for one dont like this one....

Sorry but thats a load of crap.

The new Mustang and GT40 incorporate styling elements of the original whilst bringing something seriously modern to the way they look - and whilst I am quite honestly not a big fan of modern American cars, I love them.

But this charger... it just looks like a slightly tweaked 300C - and that really isn't anything to be proud of. Plus its going to be another bag of over engineered and 'safe' tat whilst the original Charger was just a brutal brutal machine.

Not keen at all.
