Yes, the MotorolaV400 has some bugs on the software. I have a friend that has the same phone and has returned it to Verizon for repairs twice already.

The V400 is QuadBand GSM...not CDMA. It would not work on Verizon's Network.

I have a V600 and I could not be happier with it.
