I am thinking about buying Motorola V620

Recommended Posts

Goodevening everyone,

I am thinking about buying a Motorola V620 (see here) mobile phone in the up and comming days and i am just wondering what anyone thought about the phone. If anyone has one, please can anyone tell me what you think of it. I would like to see some kind of review about it and if it is really worth the money it costs.

If not, is there any other phone that you would recommend to me even if you didnt know what that mobile phone is like?

All i am looking for is a stylish flip phone with many features, it doesnt have to contain a camera but it is optional that isnt over ?170:pp because well i need to save my money somewhere. What does anyone think. If you do advise me another phone, please could you state your reasons.

Thank you so much in advance. I currently have a Sendo M550 (see here) and if anyone of you have seen those then you can understand what im going through and why i am getting rid of it

Thank you so much for all your help and time with helping me buy a mobile phone. I really appreciate all the help given here. I dont want to waste my money again:pp

<edit> Sorry, i think i have posted this in the wrong section:((

I really cannot give you any good phone advice because i like in the us and i am sure the phones are different where you are. But, I have used many different phones from many different companies and i think that Motorola makes the best phones and are easiest to use. I recently got a Motorola razr v3. It is thinner and lighter then the v600 but almost has the exact same layout. I ended up giving it to my sister but would have kept it if i could. If there is a similar phone to that in the uk i would definitely recommend it.

It depends what you want to do with it...

I had a v600 ( identical to the v620 ) and I liked it. Good phone, nice features, lights on the outside are cool...

Now I have a MPx220 Smartphone and it's a different world. Basically it's a tiny PDA...

The moto v620 is basically the same as the v600 except it also is able to capture video instead of just pictures. I suggest the v600 if video capture is not a neccessity, but as far as other clamshell/flip phones go, nothing really compares to motorolas. sharp makes some good ones, and so does sony(if you live in the uk, the z1010 is a good phone) but that is really it as far as flip phones go.

so would you suggest that motorola's make the best flip phone mobiles in the market?

has anyone heard about the motorola v635 which is suposed to be comming out soon? Will it be worth the wait alittle longer to get that instead of the v620? I really like the look of the complete black mobile and i like the sound of the cool gizmo light at the front when certain people call. But what about the v635? :)

Thanks for your replies everyone :)

    • I did that to a work colleague many years ago when he left it logged in. Unfortunately I was out of the office the next day, and even the IT department was stumped lol. Got a bit of a bollocking when I got back into the office, but, by god, it was worth it.
