1. Don't know, haven't seen any yet, so it's probably either very difficult or impossible.

2. No, you just need to install Dell's driver. It'll show up as a hard drive.

I think you can just use the installer on the Dell disc. It should install the driver first then Musicmatch, which you can stop from installing.
