What is this rectangle thing?

Hi recently I have noticed that this rectangle has appeared above the taskbar (see below):

This visual style is Infini and for each theme/vs I apply I get a rectangular line like shown in the pic.

How can I get rid of it? It is so ugly :crazy:

if you right clik your taskbar and choose lock taskbar, then it wont be there....

right click taskbar and tick the 'lock the taskbar' option
