It's OS X, the widget is called Synergy and is also running the little iTunes controls in the top bar.

Yeah, I had Synergy on my Powerbook, but I never saw it show the albumart in the vinyl sleeve. It's very similar to CRNI's Samurize config... And Samurize can also do the menubar controls.

On a closer look, I'm pretty sure its Wiindows. The Butler icon is in a strange location, and I notice that pza and javagreen are on the contact list.

Well done to you for a convincing mod though. Best I've seen yet.
