[release] Royal Inspirat Special Edition

/* Remove toolbar borders */ toolbar {border-top: none !important; border-bottom: none !important}

Add this to your userchrome file (File can be found in the Firefox and thunderbird application data folder)

Hope that helps :)

I have trouble finding such file to edit it and add that line, since I'm also interested in removing those white lines from both Firefox and Thunderbird. Would you please point me in a more accurate way? Thank you!

I've looked in the following folders:

\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Mozilla Firefox

\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Thunderbird

\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird

I couldn't find any file called "userchrome" or anything like that.

I am completely enamored with this VS, by stefanKa...And always (like most of our collective membership) look forward to the next innovative work that my good colleague comes up with...lol

Heck, I even go to Haque Archive Screenshots page of Stefan to see what neat, new ss is posted...

The only GUI feature that I dearly miss in this VS is having the 'mouse-over' graphics in Firefox (both the Bookmark Toolbar Folder & Toolbar icons.) But I realize that a complete clean look (no mouse-over effects on Explorer) was the objective...

A couple of the small 'boxes & circles' in a couple of places are unfinished/rough, but overall, I keep coming back to this very kewl VS...

:yes: :p

I'd like to know as well  :unsure:

You can't make it look like that. That is just a mockup that Stefanka did in photoshop for the release of the theme. That is what was said when the theme was released anyway.

@stefanka: this is the best theme I've ever seen! I was already a great fan of Royale Inspirat. But the Special Edition.... just awesome.

- Firefox skins

U can also use the various Lynchknot Firefox themes in combination with Royal Inspirat Special Edition. I use longone104 and I've set Firefox to: 'Use Small Icons'. BTW the black background of longone104 is replaced by the background color of Royal Inspirat SE.

See http://lynchknot.com/ffthemes.html

Don't forget to add to userChrome.css:

/*

* Remove Toolbar borders (For Royal Inspirat)

*/

toolbar {

border: 1px solid transparent !important;

}

    • Google DeepMind published a document on June 18, 2026, that may be the most consequential admission yet from a frontier AI lab: alignment training alone cannot guarantee that AI agents will remain under human control, so structural containment must be built before more capable models arrive.............. https://www.techtimes.com/articles/318758/20260620/google-deepmind-ai-control-roadmap-when-alignment-fails-defense-depth-takes-over.htm
    • I've got a SoundBlasterX G6 that I use in my streaming setup. Sounds great to me and I've had zero issues with the ancient software package so far in Win11. That G6 has 7.1, Dolby, fully working SPDIF and since it's a USB device it's outside of my rig so I don't have to worry about EMF distortion. Looks like for now this is a pass for me as I think I have better hardware....
    • How do you connect 5.1 Speakers to this thing?
    • I agree with both of you... It's absolutely imperative that science is completely based on actual proven facts and hard evidence and is not considered dogmatic in any way. Science is not a religion and it will never be, and that's exactly how it's supposed to be.
    • I'd basically agree. The only point I would add is to be careful not to treat science as a religion, complete with priests, dogma, and blasphemy. Humans are highly susceptible to religious-oriented ways of thinking since it aids in forming communities of like-minded people. The problem is that when this happens, nobody wants to be ostracized from the group by saying that a deeply-held idea is wrong. Science and "peer review" are not immune to this behavior, unfortunately. In the end, finding truth is our own responsibility and we can't depend on others to hand it to us. Skepticism is key, along with curiosity and the willingness to critically evaluate and consider ideas both new and old.
