Edited download window

Followed the tutorial here to edit the download window.

Inspired by Firefox and because the IE animation is low res.

but actually I don't find it very nice and I deleted it after going though it once. :p

just wanted a change as I have been using/downloading MOOX Fx builds as a test for the dl window.

Actually I want to get the file type icon but I don't have the knowledge to do it so I had that arrow icon instead.
