www.phong.com - Flash ownz. Linkage on site regarding Photoshop tutorials.

http://www.psworkshop.net has some great ones.

The only trouble with tutorials is that once they get published and get big, everybody follows them and uses them, and then, the once-original idea turns into a fashion-statement, so-to-speak.
