When trying to chat with someone after awile you talk to them the program crashes and shutsdown.

Guys I must stress that this is a sneak preview, it has VERY limited features right now, although thanks for trying to help by posting these bugs.

The 'More Options' menu is reserved for contact list operations which is non functional in this build.

Just remember, this is only coded in VB, and they only have just implemented a crappy MSN API to let you sign into Messenger, nothing more, oh and a picture bg, thats it.

I have a question can you put remember my pass. and screan name on the next build? It gets annoying trying to type the same screan name and pass. over and over again. Also can you put in smillys and other things like vidio chat?

Guys, don't show pictures of something _good_ and release something not to scratch by far. You have harmed the project lots by showing mockups and releasing something not like the mockups at all.

No more bugs found other than the ones that I said. Other than the bugs great job. I like it it is a great program.

mx... the protocol is handled using winsocks, coded from scratch, there is no MSN API involved.. the MSN API for VB requires for you to have msn / windows messenger running while you use it, notice my client does not.

And as for a bitmap on a form... yes.. quite right, i considered the options of finger painting and using food coloring and they didnt seem to apply?

Guys I must stress how important it is that you install the VB6 runtimes.

Also MX, the VB.NET version was like the concepts.. in the next build i will have added borderless forms back to the project, and true transparency.
