maxthon doesnt keep me logged in

hi, i just switched from opera to maxthon, and its really great and all, but it cant seem to keep me logged in on neowin between sessions. This is a major bummer...does anyone know what the problem is?

Neowin doesn't keep me logged in either, it never has. Other sites do though.

Latley MAxthon [or IE] with not save my passwords and usernames.

How do you enable cookies?

i have cookies enabled. i have check all my settings and it still does not keep me logged in. i have no problem in FX and Opera tho

Make sure you're accessing www.neowin.net, not just neowin.net.

In maxthon options > general >> when closing tab, do you have clean cookies enabled?

Other than that, I have no idea why it wouldn't keep you logged in.

check: options > maxthon options > general > when closing > uncheck clean cookies.

if that doesnt work try this

check: options > internet options > privacy > click default.

r u on xp sp2, make sure another program isnt set to clear cookies

Did you try my suggestion?

Make sure you visit www.neowin.net, not the one without www.

If you tried it, I'll just keep researching. :cry:

edit/ It might be because Neobond hates your avatar, so you might want to try changing it, LOL!

EDIT: THat means i get to keep my avatar too :p but i plan on switching it soon ne ways

even tho i put in www.neowin.net into my homepage under internet options, when i start Maxthon, in the adress bar it says neowin.net

even tho i told it my homepage is www.neowin.net....so it still is kinda bugged for me...
