How do i make Windows XP Desktop Icons load on a Windows 2000 Desktop

My Windows 2000 and 98 computers both have xp icons, I found a desktop theme ( Control Panel/Themes) that includes the icons, Ill post the link as soon as i find the site

What is the name of the theme?..maybe i can help find it

at the time when I downloaded it it was called the whistler theme
