Using The New Visual Styles

I have seen many people have trouble with this so i think we should find an answer to this once and for all. How does one use the new visual styles? Right from a clean install... I get errors about the files not being valid styles, and if i dont get an error, when the style is applied, all i get is the original windows style. Do i need a hacked DLL or something?

/me is a newbie about the visual styles - forgive me if i know nothing. Remember, obvious to you is not obvious to us!

Would really like to be able to use these new styles, cus they look so damn cool! Keep up the good work pplz working on the styles, and TIA for the help everyone.

download themes

then double click on the .theme file
