So do you guys have the exact date on the relese yet?

The installer is designed to be file version independent. That's why it works on SP1, SP2, Server 2003, etc. There is an update utility included that allows you to update your computer if any of the files that were installed have been changed back to normal XP because of a Windows Update.

UPDATE:

XPero and I have just been talking and XPize will officially be released Monday. It technically could be released today but I am the designer of the installer and am away from my computer this weekend and there are a few bugs we want to fix, so we decided to wait until Monday. Sorry, but it's not gonna kill you all to wait 'till Monday ;)

However, since we still have a few days we are accepting a few requests to beta test XPize v3.0 before release. We will only respond to people who are serious about helping test. If you are replying just to get your hands on XPize a few days early don't waste our time, wait till Monday.

If you are interested in helping test, please send me (not XPero) an e-mail through Neowin. Please include your operating system and version (eg. Windows XP SP1, Server 2003 Enterprise SP1 RC1, etc). We would prefer to have a few testers on various systems, such as SP1, Media Center Edition, and any version of Server 2003. You MUST also test the uninstaller.

Those who receive a reply will be given instructions on the feedback we expect. There is no point in testing software if you do not reply back.

Thanks everyone and sorry for the delay.
