If you looked through the installer there were two skin choices:

Royale and Royale Lite. Since you selected everything to isntall the skins were installed in the order they were listed, so Royale comes up as the default. If you want Royale Lite just go to Display Properties -> Appearance and change it to Royale Lite.

The option is not there.

Very nice work! Enjoying it...

How large is your shell32.dll file? It seems that if shell32.dll is larger than 9 or 10mb there are problems when Asian text characters are installed. I wouldn't think this would be a problem with XPize because shell32.dll shouldn't really increase in size, but you never know.

If your shell32.dll is of that size and you have asian text characters installed, you should remove them. If you have asian characters and absolutely need them then the only option is to try to cut down shell32.dll's size.

I don't have asian text characters installed...I have no need for any language except English...

Edit: I uninstalled the XPIzed Shell32.dll, and everything seems to work now...guess I'll have to go along with the crappy shell icons :x
