ACPI in uniprocessor or multiproccessor mode

Humm well i dont think anyone has tried it :ninja:

From what ive seen its added a bit more stress on the CPU as 3DMark03 didnt work, but i lowered timings from 2-3-3-7 to 2.5-3-3-7 and upped the voltage and it worked again.

It adds 100 more points in SiSoft and takes 10 away from the multimedia benchmark as you said!

i've heard about that tweak on nf2 boards. sometimes changing it from uniprocessor to standard pc will iron out the sound issues. it worked for me once, but after a reformat and new drivers, i never had to use that tweak. i've never tried setting it to multi, though.

Seems to be working quite well so far. It's handle tasks better. :D

for me to get my DFI board to 250+MHz i needed to reformat my hd in ACPI mode... my usb and sound and lan would quit after ~235MHz... doing this fixed my problem and i didnt see any performance decrease... as for nf3 or nf4 boards i have no idea.
