removing items from IE's context menu

Is there a way to remove certain items from IE's R-click context menu that

are NOT contained within the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet

Explorer\MenuExt key? I'm referring to items you get when you R-click on an

image, like "Go to My Pictures", "Set as Background" or "Set as desktop

Item".

Thanks but could ya help me out a bit? I thought the purpose of HijiackThis was to ferret out malware. How's it gonna help me find the pertinent registry keys for IE's context menu?

I thought it could remove context menu options to, maybe not, I've never used it.
