So how is it that you said you can use your PearPC image w/ CherryOS?  Is it because it's just a flat OSX disk image you are talking about and not proprietary to the two different apps?

I just went into my pearPC folder copied the image, pasted into the CherryOS profile folder and renamed it to the name of the Image that CherryOS created.

Just playing around in it so far, checking to see whether or not minimize/max animation would be fluid or not .. didn't expect it to be, the fact that some of it is visible .. the animation i mean, is impressive I couldn't see it in pearPC .. in this one you can see it but you can clearly see it is lagging

bypassed the OSX install by renaming my PearPC image, here is a screenshot of it loading up .. next screenshot will be a fullscreen one of it running

Lets see if Apple/IBM sue for this. If they do, then chances are that they have a secret version of Mac OSX for x86 PCs!!

No, if Apple sues, it's because CherryOS is in breach of OSX's EULA, which specifically states that OSX can only legally be run on Apple hardware (or at least that's what I've been told...sue me if I'm wrong). CherryOS is like the Napster of the emulation world.
