Switcher to IE 8 *from* Firefox. Now that it has better standards compliancy it's not so bad to use technically and in Vista it feels like the tightest browser.

I used Vista Reloaded using small icons in conjunction with Glasser.

Other things I used were New Tab Button on Tab Right, Personal Menu, and autoHideStatusbar.

I also took away the stumble upon separators, and removed the search bar completely and instead used search keywords a la google chrome.

Firefox is slower than Ie at the moment, but the evening is not the best time to test it.

I removed the menubar (using Personal Menu) and I moved the tabbar to the left (with Tree Style Tab) to take advantage of my widescreen.
