what does your Mp3 player say about you ?

Recommended Posts

I have a Nomad Jukebox C ( used to be 6gb now has a 20 gb HD ), Nomad Jukebox Zen USB 2.0 ( 20 gb ), Nomad Muvo2 ( a 4 gb model but has a 256 CF card instead )

I don't know what they say about me.   ;)

 uuuhhh...split personalities ? or at the very least you compartmentalise your life ?

Be happy. :D

Iriver H10 - It says I grabbed the first thing I saw and have been disappointed with this pile of junk since. 3 dead hard drives and a twitchy touch pad later i'm realizing I should have gone with a company that has some actual customer support and quality products.

We've seen it with cars. pets, etc but how about Mp3 players ?

Presumably part of why we've chosen a particular model is based on how it looks, the image (we think) it projects, etc.

I have a silver Creative Zen Micro = no issues about size (LOL), not mainstream (ie. not an Ipod). Silver probably suggests I'm not adventurous, conventional.

What do you think your Mp3 player says about you ?

I dunno, to me that says you could have bought an iPod but were far too image conscious to get one, so you got a Creative instead so you could be "anti"

way to stick it to the man.

128mb - currently holding 32 full songs at 128 bit-rate, er'body else w/ mp3 players under 1gb always ask me how i fit 30+ full songs into a 128mb player but they dont know they can resize their bit-rate and save space espeicially it's 128mb

- got it for free, along w/ sony clip-on headphones

- something diff. from those rich kids i know w/ 20 gb ipods but not more than 5gb of songs.

- me? i have 20+ gb, just not enough space on my mp3 player.

-meh it's free, small, light and alright.

Then again, he could've just like...... wanted better features. :omg:

Yup, and I think the word you're groping for is "shallow". :D

Although it has to be said, the Creative does have better features than the iPod.

My discman plays mp3s. I think it says im not a ****ing trend follower. I'd rather spend 40$ on a discman and a dollar on a cd that holds almost as much as alot of these mp3 players. so for around 50$, i can have approximately, 10 cds with around 150 on each. I don't see why you have to have 200-300 songs in one thing just so you can be cool and not have to carry cds. I have a small cd case which holds all my cds and it fits in my jacket pocket. It may not be cool but it's cheap and still does the same job.

Blue iPod mini, 6GB. I've barely used it since I got it like the silver iPod mini I had before, yet I carry it with me everywhere. I've used it maybe 4 or 5 times. The fact that I haven't used it much doesn't mean I didn't like it though, I love my iPod to death.

I don't know about anyone else but to me, that sounds like you carry it just to be seen with it.
