Using BroadVoice with Asterisk@Home

As a followup to the article last week about Building Your Own PBX, I got slammed with requests to explain how to setup the Asterisk PBX to use a VOIP service. Thanks a lot. I am going to find an old machine (Don't want to use my old laptop b/c the NICs are PCMCIA, and they can go goofy on a moment's notice) and then try this out using Cox.net HSI (Cable) and either AT&T CallVantage or else Vonage....
