Although, you shouldn't let it get the best of you. If someone rips off your work, it at least is a sign that your work is good..... try to let it give you a warm mushy feeling or summat.

eh Bubby - Moonfish has been makin XP themes for PHPnuke for a long time now - i'm not sure but its AT LEAST 2 months i think - his windows shell styles are conversions of this, so the 16th of October would definitely be newer.

He's right though. If someone is porting or using your work without your permission my suggestion would be to write a POLITE email to the author asking them if they did indeed use your material. If they did, ask them to give cred it remove it depending on how you feel about it.

As a WindowBlinds skin author, I know what you mean about ripping, it is not cool. A good skin can take many days to do. But I've found that 99% of the time you can get the results you want by simply sending a polite and reasonable email. People are generally cool about it.
