You can get the set at www.wincustomize.com and if you dont even want to put the effort in search, well.... i cant help :p

Please correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know, there isn't an IPtheme for Mac OSX icons. You can find the complete set - about 13.0 Mb download - at www.osx-e.com.

Just like the rest of us, you will need to do it the hard way, replacing each icon at a time ;)
